What this site does—and does not—charge for
There is no paid plan, checkout, hosted API subscription, or usage meter on ImportAPI.com. The examples run locally and do not consume a hosted import quota. Reading the resources does not require payment details or registration.
Build an estimate from measured work
Start with a representative batch and track each stage: parsing, transformations, extraction, review, and the destination write. Account for repeated attempts and retained originals. For an AI knowledge workflow, distinguish source processing, embedding, indexing, and ongoing retrieval.
Keep vendor-specific rates in your own cost model and verify them with the provider when planning a real implementation. No current provider prices or implied savings percentages are presented here.
Include the correction path
An inexpensive processing run can still be costly when its result requires extensive cleanup. Track the source errors your team encounters, the time needed to repair them, and the reliability of repeated jobs. Clear contracts and useful reports give that work a more predictable shape.
